By accessing and using The Spanish Learning Experience ("TSLE") services, you agree to be bound by
these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
TSLE provides live online Spanish language instruction through:
- 1-on-1 private classes
- Small group classes (2-4 students)
- Intensive fluency programs
3. Registration & Account
- You must be 16+ years old to use our services
- You must provide accurate information
- You're responsible for maintaining account security
4. Payment & Pricing
- Prices are listed in USD
- Payment is required before classes begin
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
5. Class Packages
- Purchased classes never expire (within a year)
- Classes are non-transferable
- Volume discounts apply as advertised
6. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Classes must be scheduled through our booking system
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: full credit retained
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: class is considered used
- No-shows: class is forfeited
7. Refund Policy
- No refunds on purchased class packages
- Free demo class offered before purchase
- Unused classes never expire (within a year)
8. Student Conduct
Students agree to:
- Be respectful to teachers and other students
- Arrive on time and prepared
- Not record classes without written permission
- Not share login credentials
9. Intellectual Property
- All curriculum, materials, and methodology are proprietary to TSLE
- Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
- Class recordings (if any) are for personal use only
10. Limitation of Liability
TSLE is not liable for:
- Technical issues preventing class access
- Results or pace of language learning
- Third-party services (Zoom, payment processors)
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
