Teachers are certified progressively. New teachers start with S1-S2 (beginner levels), then advance to S3-S4, and finally S5-S8 after demonstrating excellence. This ensures you always have a teacher qualified for your specific level.
Our program has 8 levels (S1-S8), taking you from complete beginner to advanced fluency. Each level has specific grammar, vocabulary, and communication goals. You'll progress through structured lessons while speaking Spanish in every single class.
Your teacher tracks your progress continuously. At the end of each level, you'll complete a conversational assessment. If you can comfortably use the structures from that level in real conversation, you're ready to advance.
Absolutely. During your demo class, we'll assess your current level and place you appropriately. Many students start at S3, S4, or even higher.
Very flexible for 1-on-1 and Small Groups. You choose your schedule. Classes can be scheduled as frequently or spaced out as you prefer (though we recommend consistency for best results).
You can reschedule any class with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Your class credit remains in your account. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are considered "taken" and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

We occasionally run promotions. The best "discount" is our volume pricing—the more classes you purchase, the lower the per-class rate. For corporate or group inquiries, contact us directly.
No. All materials are provided digitally and included in your class fee.
Optional. We provide practice materials and exercises if you want extra practice between classes, but there's no mandatory homework. The most important "homework" is showing up consistently to classes.

We don't offer refunds on purchased classes, which is why we offer a free demo first. However, your classes expire after one year—you can use them whenever you're ready. If you're unhappy after enrolling, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
